1. Warranty Coverage

Cubby Corporation ("we," "our," or "us") warrants that our temperature-controlled smart lockers (the "Product") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the warranty period specified in your service agreement, typically one (1) year from the date of installation.

2. What is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Malfunctioning temperature control systems
  • Defective electronic components and displays
  • Faulty locking mechanisms
  • Software defects that prevent normal operation
  • Premature failure of covered components

3. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Damage from accidents, vandalism, or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
  • Damage from power surges, electrical issues, or improper installation
  • Consumable items such as filters or batteries (unless defective)
  • Damage from use outside of specified operating conditions
  • Third-party software or applications
  • Loss of data or contents stored in lockers

4. Warranty Period

The standard warranty period is one (1) year from the date of installation. Extended warranty options may be available for purchase. Warranty periods for specific components may vary and will be detailed in your service agreement.

5. Warranty Service

If a defect is discovered during the warranty period:

  • Contact our support team immediately to report the issue
  • Provide proof of purchase and warranty documentation
  • Allow our authorized service technicians to inspect the Product
  • Follow troubleshooting steps as directed by our support team

We will, at our option, repair or replace the defective Product or component at no charge, including labor and parts, during the warranty period.

6. Service Response Times

We are committed to prompt warranty service:

  • Initial response within 24 hours of warranty claim
  • On-site service within 2-5 business days for covered issues
  • Emergency service available for critical failures affecting operations
  • Remote troubleshooting available for software-related issues

7. Warranty Transfer

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. If the Product is sold or transferred to another party, the warranty does not transfer unless explicitly authorized by Cubby Corporation in writing.

8. Limitation of Warranty

THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY CUBBY CORPORATION. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES.

9. Maintenance Requirements

To maintain warranty coverage, the Product must be used and maintained according to our specifications and guidelines. Failure to follow recommended maintenance procedures may void warranty coverage. Regular maintenance services may be available through our service programs.

10. Extended Warranty Options

Extended warranty plans are available for purchase to extend coverage beyond the standard warranty period. Extended warranties may include additional benefits such as priority service, preventive maintenance, and coverage for additional components.
