2. Guarantee Period

Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies for the first 90 days following the completion of installation. During this period, if you are not completely satisfied with your Cubby smart locker system, we will work with you to resolve any issues or concerns.

3. What We Guarantee

We guarantee:

  • Your system will function as specified and meet performance expectations
  • Professional installation and setup service
  • Responsive customer support and service
  • System reliability and consistent operation
  • User-friendly interface and functionality
  • Effective temperature control and food safety

4. Resolution Process

If you are not satisfied, we will:

  • Promptly investigate and address your concerns
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support
  • Make necessary repairs or adjustments at no additional cost

5. Alternative Solutions

If, after our best efforts to resolve issues, you remain unsatisfied and the problems cannot be remedied, we may offer alternative solutions including system replacement, service plan adjustments, or in exceptional circumstances, removal and refund consideration (subject to terms in your service agreement and applicable fees).

6. How to Make a Claim

To make a satisfaction guarantee claim:

  • Contact our customer support team within the 90-day guarantee period
  • Clearly describe your concerns or issues
  • Allow our team to assess and address the situation
  • Work collaboratively with us to find a solution

All satisfaction guarantee claims must be submitted in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Exclusions

This guarantee does not apply to:

  • Issues resulting from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
  • Damage caused by accidents, vandalism, or external factors
  • Problems arising from improper installation by unauthorized parties
  • Issues related to third-party services or integrations not provided by Cubby
  • Changes in business requirements or preferences unrelated to product performance
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues

8. Service Agreement

This Satisfaction Guarantee works in conjunction with your service agreement and warranty terms. It does not replace or supersede your warranty coverage but provides additional assurance of our commitment to your satisfaction.
